Johnny Van Zant is dead

Johnny Van Zant, born on February 27, 1959 in Jacksonville, was an American singer, best known as a member of Lynyrd Skynyrd. He died on January 8, 2026 at the age of 66.

Johnny Van Zant is the brother of Ronnie Van Zant.
